- Ownership — you take the call from nomination to final D/A.
- Accuracy under time pressure, especially on documents and figures.
- Clear written and spoken English; Arabic for local authorities.
- Willingness to work outside office hours when a vessel needs it.
- A clean, professional manner with masters, principals and authorities.
