How a call runs
Predictable from nomination to sailing.
Pre-arrival
Nomination accepted, proforma D/A issued against port tariff, berth booked, and pre-arrival notices filed with the port, customs and terminal.
Arrival & berthing
Pilotage, tugs and mooring co-ordinated. Notice of Readiness tendered. Boarding formalities cleared with port health, immigration and customs.
Cargo operations
Daily loading and discharging reports, stevedore and terminal liaison, surveys and inspections, and complete cargo documentation.
Departure & settlement
Outward clearance, bills of lading issued and managed, and a final disbursement account supported by original vouchers.
